5. Fees and Compensation

Funding Zone may receive compensation from lenders for successful loan placements. This compensation does not increase the cost to borrowers. We may also charge service fees for certain premium services, which will be disclosed to you before you incur any charges.

All fees and terms of any financing arrangement will be clearly disclosed by the lender before you enter into any binding agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by Funding Zone and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without our express written permission.

7. Privacy

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FUNDING ZONE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

10. Indemnification
